Autonomous mobile six-axis robots

A MiR200 mobile robot with a mounted six-axis robotzoom

A MiR200 mobile robot with a mounted six-axis robot can move freely in the workshop and load several machine tools depending on production orders.

The mobile robot navigates autonomously; additional and complex safety precautions are not necessary.

Alternatively, the MiR mobile robots can be equipped with top modules for different transport tasks.

 

Modular and highly flexible XBOT transport system

XBOT is a modular and highly flexible transport system for the transport of workpieces.

Static and moving building blocks (stators and movers) allow the simple and quick assembly and commissioning of transport and feeding devices.

The free-floating movers move smoothly and contact free over stators arranged as desired. Controllable magnetic fields generated in the stators ensure precise and highly dynamic positioning of the movers.

The system is completely maintenance-free and well suited for the food and pharmaceutical industries and for clean rooms. Wear and tear and contamination by abrasion are excluded.

The JAG MES Manufacturing Execution System monitors and controls complete, fully automatic multi-cell systems.

At the EPHJ we will show how fully automated production processes can be analysed and optimized with the MES module OEE.
